Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (US): We ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Economy shipping is available for select items. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and product.

Freight & Oversized Items: Some products (such as power wheelchairs, hospital beds, and large mobility equipment) may require freight shipping. Freight delivery times are typically 7–14 business days. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window for freight orders.

International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
